Check In & Check Out Information
- Check in time is from 15:00hrs
- Check out time is no later than 10:30hrs
If you are playing golf on the day of departure, please feel free to avail of the locker rooms in the Clubhouse should you wish to shower and change after your golf.
If you are planning to arrive at the Club prior to 15:00hrs, please let the Member & Guest Services Department know so your room can be prioritised.
We kindly ask all members and their guests to respect the 10:30hrs check out time so we can prepare the room for the next member checking in.

Blair Mason – Massage Therapist
- ITEC & CIDESCO qualified – Blair provides services in your room or in our treatment room in the Clubhouse. She is excellent; therefore, she does get booked up. If you are interested in booking Blair please contact Member & Guest Services.
- Blair is only available during certain times of the year and can be contacted directly at Blairkmason@icloud.com

We have am off-site laundry service that offers “on the day” service from Monday to Friday.
Collection from Member & Guest Services Desk at 08:30hrs Monday to Friday.
Items will be returned by 17:30hrs the same day.

Please call 200 Member & Guest Services and they will be able to assist with any transportation requirements and queries during your stay.
Please ensure the water tank at the back of the machine is full before use
- Turn on the machine by pressing the button at the Back of the machine (In front of the water tank)
- The lights on the front of the machine will blink for around 25 seconds until the water heats up
- Lift the lever completely and insert the coffee pod
- Close the lever and place a coffee cup under the coffee outlet
- Press the Risterotto (25ml), Espresso (40ml) or the Lungo (110ml) button.
- Preparation will stop automatically, to stop the coffee flow or top up your cup, press again
- Lift the lever to eject the capsule into the used capsule container
- For hot water (125ml) ensure coffee pod has been ejected then press Hot Water Button on the bottom of the front dial. Water will stop automatically after 125ml, to stop the flow before this, press again
